Vice President, Marketing
(Hybrid; New York City)
This role will own the marketing function end-to-end, partnering closely with executive leadership to define and execute brand and growth strategy. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for building foundational marketing systems while driving near-term demand and long-term brand equity.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Positioning
- Define and scale a credible, premium brand in the health optimization and longevity space
- Establish clear positioning that balances clinical authority with modern consumer appeal
- Develop consistent messaging and storytelling across all touchpoints
Growth & Acquisition
- Design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across awareness, acquisition, retention, and referral
- Own paid and organic channels, CRM/lifecycle, SEO, and performance analytics
- Test and scale acquisition channels while managing CAC, LTV, and retention metrics
Content, PR & Partnerships
- Build a content and thought-leadership engine that strengthens authority and trust
- Develop selective partnerships and ambassador relationships aligned with the brand
- Oversee creation of high-quality digital and experiential assets
Experiential & Community
- Lead select activations, events, and partnerships that deepen engagement and loyalty
- Support community-building initiatives that reinforce long-term member relationships
Leadership & Infrastructure
- Hire and manage a lean, high-performing marketing team
- Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and product leaders
- Build scalable marketing infrastructure, tools, and reporting
Candidate Profile
- 10β15 years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles in consumer health, wellness, healthcare, or premium consumer brands
- Proven ability to build and scale both brand and performance marketing functions
- Comfortable operating in high-accountability, growth-oriented environments
- Strong strategic and creative instincts paired with analytical rigor
- Deep experience across paid media, organic growth, CRM, partnerships, and measurement
- Track record of managing budgets, KPIs, and ROI
- Collaborative, execution-oriented, and highly adaptable
