Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & CRM Management
- Input and update client information, property details, and transaction records in the company CRM system.
- Maintain database accuracy and organization for efficient lead tracking and follow-up.
- Document Preparation
- Prepare contracts, agreements, listing packages, and other real estate documents.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations.
- Coordinate electronic signature requests.
- Calendar & Scheduling
- Manage and update calendars for the Broker/Owner, meetings, and deadlines.
- Administrative Office Support
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with marketing materials, social media posts, and case updates as needed.
