Your Team, Your Impact Marvell’s Central Engineering team is seeking a motivated intern to support the development of advanced microelectronic packages for high-speed semiconductor devices. The intern will assist experienced engineers in package development, electrical design and modeling, with exposure to signal and power integrity considerations, manufacturing constraints, and assembly processes. This role offers hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and learning about cutting-edge packaging technologies. What You Can Expect Supporting EM simulation tasks using tools like Ansys HFSS, SI-Wave, or Cadence Clarity Assisting in automation efforts using Python for SI/PI analysis workflows Power plane design, modeling, and analysis using tools like PowerSI and SIwave Reviewing package layouts and learning tools such as APD or PADS Exploring packaging technologies including 2.5D/3D integration and simulation techniques Contributing to documentation and presentation of findings What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field Strong academic foundation in electromagnetics, circuit theory, or semiconductor fundamentals Prior coursework or project experience in signal integrity, microwave theory, or packaging is a plus Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 27 - 55, $ per hour. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
