Forum Communications Company is hiring a fulltime Senior Financial Analyst. This position will perform analysis of key business information and drivers to contribute to enhanced decision making for the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Monitor a variety of business activities and provide relevant management reports, insights, and financial analysis.
● Analyze results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
● Prepare annual and quarterly budgets in support of operational objectives.
● Develop financial models and projections for decision support.
● Assist with financial due diligence and modeling for potential acquisitions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
● Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
● MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
● A minimum of 5 years finance experience.
● Strong analytical and accounting skills.
● Strong financial modeling experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
● Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to analyze information and juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
● Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
● Strong technology skills to include proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting software. Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience a plus, but not required.
