- Lead pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Train and develop team members while maintaining service standards
- Assist with scheduling and daily floor management
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
- Support operations in positions such as host, server, bartender, or expo when needed
- Promote food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices
- Communicate maintenance or facility concerns to leadership
- Contribute to additional operational initiatives and responsibilities as needed
- Two or more years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain active throughout shifts and lift up to 40 pounds
