- Wash and sanitize all kitchen wares including pots, pans, glassware, and flatware by hand and/or with commercial dishwashing equipment
- Properly organize, store, and restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in designated areas
- Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles as needed
- Assist kitchen team with basic food prep and other support tasks when directed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support additional duties as assigned by management
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Able to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Available to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive cleaning tasks
- Able to work with hands frequently submerged in water
- Comfortable working in warm, humid kitchen environments
