We're looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing great food, and collaborating with teammates. As a Line Cook at 30hop, you'll help keep the kitchen running smoothly by preparing quality meals, following food safety and quality standards, and supporting the team throughout service.

Pay
$16-$22 per hour, based on experience.

Available to eligible employees regularly working 30 or more hours per week.

Pay
$16-$22 per hour, based on experience.

- Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked cooking station
- Prepare and cook menu items using grilling, frying, sautéing, broiling, and other cooking methods
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout service
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and other items needed for service
- Properly label, rotate, store, and handle food according to food safety standards
- Communicate with kitchen leadership and teammates to ensure timely and accurate orders
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
- Complete assigned cleaning and closing duties
- Support other kitchen stations and prep operations as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
- Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed
- Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
