Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet or catering events as needed.
- Stay informed about new drink trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to enhance guest experience.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Familiarity with banquet and catering services is a plus.
