Job Summary
We are looking for ambitious Window Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work and manage independently. Good customer experience is mandatory. Must drive TRUCK or SUV.
Duties
- Perform professional window cleaning services on residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize window cleaning equipment provided to you by Flow Home Services.
- Operate ladders safely when required for high-access windows.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections post-service to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently and effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential or commercial window cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work full time 6 days a week or weekends if necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service experience to provide a 5.5 star service.
