Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving bulk orders at our main store/distributing office, separating and organizing inventory for each of our retail locations, and delivering stock to our stores throughout Panama City Beach. Your accuracy and attention to detail will keep our stores properly stocked so the business runs smoothly week after week. Duties
- Receive bulk inventory orders at our main store/distributing office and verify quantities against orders.
- Separate and organize inventory for each store location to maintain proper par levels.
- Deliver stock weekly to our 5 general stores located within Panama City Beach.
- Enter inventory accurately into Shopventory, our inventory management system (training provided — no prior experience with the system required).
- Keep the distributing area clean, organized, and easy to navigate.
- Flag discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items so they can be resolved quickly.
- Communicate with store staff to confirm deliveries and stock needs.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — accuracy matters in this role.
- Proficiency at data entry; a typing speed of 45 words per minute is highly recommended.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport stock between locations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable ability to travel between store locations in Panama City Beach.
- Dependable and self-motivated — able to work through a weekly routine independently.
- Prior inventory, stocking, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
