Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and project management to align efforts and optimize client engagement strategies.
• Manage client communication channels, ensuring timely follow-up, relationship nurturing, and satisfaction.
• Contribute to deal closing processes by preparing proposals, coordinating negotiations, and supporting sales negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM systems, track sales activities, and generate reports on pipeline status and business development metrics.
• Participate in marketing initiatives aimed at brand positioning and lead generation to enhance overall market visibility.

Experience

• Proven experience with CRM systems such as Teamwork or similar platforms
• Demonstrated success in business development management, including prospecting and client base expansion.
• Strong skills in sales negotiation, deal closing, and strategic planning with a focus on customer relationship management.
• Experience working collaboratively across teams to achieve shared objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing principles related to lead generation and brand positioning is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
