What are the responsibilities and job description for the Athletic Treasurer (JFK) position at 307 KENNEDY HIGH SCHOOL?
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or training and experience that are considered equivalent.
- Review invoices for the Athletic Department ONLY.
- Good typing and computer skills required.
- Have strong organizational and communication skills, budget management and detail oriented.
- Must be available daily during the school year.
- Must be employed by the Paterson Public Schools district and on staff at John F. Kennedy High School Campus.
- Must provide monthly updates.
- Prepare annual financial statements to be submitted to the PPS Business Department.
- Reconciles and balances checking accounts.
- Meet such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
- Pending budget availability.
- All postings are open for ten (10) consecutive days following the date posted or until filled.
