Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shirt Presser / Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly pressing and finishing shirts to ensure they meet our high-quality standards while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Carefully press, steam, and finish shirts and other garments according to specified standards, ensuring a crisp and professional appearance.
• Handle customer interactions with friendliness and efficiency, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Manage the receipt and delivery of garments, verifying items against receipts or labels for accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including laundering and cleaning stations, to uphold hygiene standards.
• Operate basic equipment such as presses, steamers, and cash registers with precision.
• Assist with cash handling, including processing payments accurately and providing correct change.
• Support the dry cleaning process by sorting garments, preparing items for cleaning, and inspecting finished products for quality.
• Perform basic math calculations related to pricing, weight measurements, or transaction totals as needed.
• Contribute to a team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable, providing familiarity with customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of dry cleaning and laundry procedures is preferred to ensure proper garment handling.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while working diligently on pressing tasks.
• Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Experience with cashiering or cash handling is a plus to support smooth payment operations.
• Attention to detail in garment finishing and cleanliness standards is essential.
