We are a growing public accounting firm in Casper, Wyoming, seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/Accounting Professional to join our team.
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping small businesses succeed, takes pride in their work, and wants a long-term career in accounting.
What You'll Do
- Manage bookkeeping for multiple business clients
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process payroll and payroll tax filings
- Prepare sales tax and quarterly payroll reports
- Review financial statements for accuracy
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Assist with year-end accounting and tax preparation support
- Learn new accounting software and procedures
Qualifications
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- QuickBooks Online experience strongly preferred
- Payroll experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
