Job Summary

Duties
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and promoting products.
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling and change giving.
- Maintain knowledge of store products to effectively assist customers and conduct product demos when necessary.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring proper phone etiquette is maintained.
- Stock deliverie, rotate product.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to engage customers through effective upselling techniques.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage stock levels efficiently.
