We are a growing All-Star cheer and tumbling program dedicated to building confident, hardworking athletes in a positive and supportive environment. Our gym is passionate about athlete development, teamwork, and creating a place families are proud to be a part of.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time Office assistant to assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of our gym. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, staying organized, and helping a program run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to messages and communicate with parents and athletes in a timely, professional manner
- Manage and post content on social media platforms
- Prepare and organize weekly class and practice schedules
- Assist with payroll organization and basic record keeping
- Support overall gym operations and communication
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic administrative or management experience preferred
- Cheerleading, gymnastics, or sports program experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- Approximately 10–12 hours per week
- Flexible schedule with some tasks able to be completed remotely
