Customer Service / Office Assistant
3030 Autosport is a performance wheel manufacturer located in Terre Haute, IN. We manufacture custom performance wheels sold nationwide. We are seeking a friendly, professional person to handle general office tasks and assist the owners of the company.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner
- Entering Invoices
- Processing received orders based on packing slips
- Processing credit cards
- Entering FedEx shipments
- Email communication with customers and vendors
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Filing
- Generating Expense reports
- Basic procurement
- Scheduling meetings / calls with customers and dealers
Job Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications. Word, Excel, Outlook are mainly used
- Experience with MRP / ERP software a definite plus
- Minimum 2 consecutive years experience in an office environment
- Friendly, positive and confident personality
- Minimum 2 years experience with data entry
- Must be willing to run out for occasional local tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent follow up skills
This is position is open for full or part time between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule. We are located at 9th street and Crawford.
