- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, both indoors and outdoors, including in summer heat.
- Ability to use a mop or squeegee to keep floors and the pool deck dry.
- Ability to carry wet towels and move light furniture (lounge chairs, umbrellas) throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with open availability.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and guest comfort.
