As an Account Executive at Triumph, you’ll represent a trusted leader in selling Transportation Management Software (TMS) solutions to our Freight Broker clients in the Western US region. You’ll develop new business through your own networking efforts while maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success. If you’re driven, consultative, and ready to control your earning potential, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing Build and grow your own book of business by identifying and connecting with prospective Freight Broker customers. Present Triumph’s full portfolio of enterprise solutions to potential clients and guide them through the full sales process, from initial outreach to closing the deal. Maintain strong relationships with client executives to support growth, retention, and renewals. Price new and existing business to align with revenue, growth, and competitive market goals. Conduct initial due diligence on prospective clients and perform product demonstrations. Prospect actively to generate new leads while also leveraging occasional marketing and referral opportunities. Expand Triumph’s referral network by identifying and onboarding new referral sources. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to keep Triumph well-positioned. Keep detailed contact, activity, and sales information up-to-date in the CRM. Prepare and deliver sales reports to leadership. Support team initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement. What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor’s degree in Business (or equivalent experience). 3 years of successful outside sales experience. Resides in the US West region (highly preferred) Understanding of the Freight Broker industry and its business model. (highly preferred) Basic knowledge of financial concepts such as revenue, pricing, and corporate finance. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable managing an assigned territory, including travel as needed. Able to explain complex solutions clearly and confidently. Organized, self-driven, and motivated by goals and results.
