We’re looking for the Steven Spielberg of sales content.
You’ll sit in the Assistant Director’s chair at the #1 media company in sales: 30 Minutes to President’s Club (known for the top sales podcast, newsletter, and international bestselling book).
So if you’re excited about:
- Concepting a “12 questions for a $100M CRO” episode bit on the #1 podcast in sales
- Collaborating with the BEST trainers and sales leaders (Think: Jen Allen-Knuth, Jason Bay, Todd Caponi, Mark Kosoglow) to create the BEST sales training content
- Launching the promotion plan for our next international bestselling book to sell 100,000 copies in 12 months…
You’ll be the Assistant Director that turns the stories of top 1% sellers into tactical, step-by-step breakdowns:
- The Assistant Director for Podcasts, Youtube, and More: From live cold calling videos to course launches to new podcast bits: You’ll help structure and storyboard concepts that actually make learning sales fun.
- The Staff Writer for our Blog & Toolkits: You’ll interview top sellers to write content for the #1 sales newsletter on the internet, helping them turn their President’s Club stories into tactical 30MPC breakdowns.
- Everything Else: Whether you're planning a new YouTube series, coming up with a sponsored concept that pushes the edge, or building our next training course, it's your job to make the fun, 30MPC content a reality.
- You must have 3 years of sales and/or sales enablement experience ideally in tech.
- You can break down sales into a science. You can teardown a cold call or a discovery call step-by-step and explain exactly what to do, what to say and how to sound.
- You’re ridiculously creative and have an eye for content. You'd get fired up diving into formats on Youtube and thinking about how to put a creative spin on a negotiation training video.
- You’re a phenomenal writer who's excited to turn concepts and interviews into punchy, tactical blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and even books that are fun to read.
- In-Person Location (LA Retreats!): You'll be working with me (hi, I'm Nick). I'm based in LA and visit my cofounder Armand in NYC often. So you’ve gotta be close to one of those hubs because the real content jamming happens on a whiteboard, not a zoom. We work hybrid a multiple days each week in person.
- Compensation: We pay at the 75th percentile and include performance-based bonuses for key roles to reward top performers. Compensation, level, and pay band will be determined based on the candidate's experience level.
- Benefits: We have top notch healthcare including a plan where premiums are fully covered, a 401(k), and lots of fun perks like quarterly team retreats.
