Candidate Requirements Include:
- Previous Front of the House hospitality management experience in a fast- paced work environment.
- A very high-energy, and out-going personality with an infectiously positive attitude.
- A keen focus on customer service.
- Strong leadership skills that facilitate the culture of service.
- A strict attention to detail and a strong sense of pride in one’s work.
- The ability to talk in front of and engage large groups of people.
- The ability to manage a team in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- A working knowledge for using the Web, MS Word, and Excel
Candidate Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing and managing complete FOH staff.
- Leading daily operations and driving an environment of excellence in customer experience.
- Hiring, training, scheduling and managing staff.
- Monitoring and recording inventories.
- Overseeing and coordinating private events.
- Purchasing Product for front and back of house.
- Run Expo Station on busy nights in the kitchen.
- Reports to General Manager

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
