POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record managing construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, architects, and inspectors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Coordinate with field superintendents to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
- Review and approve subcontractor scopes, bids, and change orders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and compliance
- Identify and proactively mitigate project risks
- Ensure all permits, inspections, and documentation are completed and filed correctly
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to ownership and stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 3–5 years of construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Proficiency with Microsoft-based software
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license
PREFERRED
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- PMP or CCM certification (desirable but not necessary)
- Experience with multi-family construction projects
- OSHA 30 certification (desired)
