What You’ll Do
As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your restaurant, including:
- Leading daily operations and driving performance
- Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience every time
- Managing inventory, food & labor costs, and profitability
- Recruiting and developing future leaders
- Maintaining top-tier food quality, cleanliness, and standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- High energy, accountability, and a hands-on mindset
- 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Food Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)
