Restaurant Team Member – No Late Nights, Stable Hours

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh fruits, veggies, and proteins with precision and care
• Follow 3Natives recipes and procedures to ensure quality and consistency
• Serve delicious, high-quality food items that delight our guests
• Keep work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized
• Assist with food prep tasks, like chopping and assembling ingredients
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to handle orders and payments accurately
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
• Work closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Take on other tasks as directed by management to support the team

Ideal candidate should be available to work weekdays (minimum 2 days) from 12:00 to 6:00pm and Sunday from 8:30 am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in the restaurant or culinary industry
• Must be at least 19 years old (Required)
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, welcoming attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
