Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
- Educating customers on our menu
- Making recommendations based on their preferences
- Up-selling special items and taking orders
- Greet customers as they enter
- Preparing basic Espresso based beverages
- Assisting with order consolidation
- Guide customers with menu choices
- Answer their questions regarding ingredients
- Take orders while paying attention to details
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Serve beverages and prepare food such as salads, wraps, and acai bowls
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Keep all areas clean * Maintain stock
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.77 - $17.81 per hour
