What You’ll Do
- Be the welcoming face and voice of 3 Men Movers by answering calls, greeting visitors, and helping customers with confidence and care
- Support customers, crews, contractors, and internal teams with professionalism and urgency
- Keep the front desk and office clean, organized, stocked, and running smoothly
- Open and close the facility following company procedures
- Order, organize, and manage office and operational supplies
- Assist with reports, filing, documentation, and day-to-day administrative support
- Perform inventory checks and support operational organization
- Help coordinate fun events and appreciation efforts for drivers and office staff
- Adapt quickly, solve problems on the fly, and jump in wherever needed
- Bring positive energy and enjoy helping people
- Stay calm under pressure and think critically when challenges come up
- Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where every day looks a little different
- Have strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Are flexible and willing to jump in where needed
- Have weekend availability
- $18–$21/hour based on experience
