What You?ll Do (Your Daily Impact):
- Be the welcoming face and voice of 3 Men Movers ? answer and route calls, greet visitors, and provide helpful information
- Deliver standout customer service by listening, thinking critically, and resolving issues with care and confidence
- Collaborate with internal teams and act as a key point of contact for contractors
- Maintain a clean, professional, and fully stocked front desk and office space
- Open and close the facility following established procedures
- Manage office supplies: ordering, receiving, organizing, and distributing
- Support clerical needs such as filing, photocopying, and documentation
- Review daily reports and understand how they impact teams and operations
- Perform inventory checks and assist with operational organization
- Coordinate and help plan events for drivers and office staff ? both onsite and offsite
- Adapt to shifting priorities with flexibility and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic ? you do what you say, always
- Calm under pressure and able to think critically when challenges arise
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Flexible with workload and ready to jump in where needed
- Weekend availability is required
- Competitive hourly pay: $17?$20/hour (based on experience)
