3 Key Consulting is hiring a Research Associate for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company.
Job Summary:
Obtain assignment and follow scientific direction of client staff, flag issues, and seek guidance appropriately.
- Demonstrate independence and ability to produce quality results under minimal direction
- Generate complete, accurate, and concise documentation using electronic systems and laboratory notebook
- Perform cell culture and cell-based assays (cell binding, T cell dependent cytotoxicity, reporter assays, etc.)
- Operate a specialized laboratory equipment and instrumentation (i.e. FACSCelesta, SpectraMax i3x, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate and troubleshoot to solve problems.
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Biology or related degree
- 1-3 years industry experience
- Experience with flow cytometry and cell-based assays highly preferred
Top Must have Skill Sets:
- Cell Culture experience
- Flow Cytometry experience
- Cell-Based Assays experience

- Maintain appropriate cell lines in culture
- Assess binding of molecules to cell lines using flow cytometry
- Perform cell-based assays to assess functional activity of molecules
