What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff Member position at 3 Joe's Pizzeria and Trattoria?
- We are looking to hire dinner service Kitchen staff members
- Reports to kitchen manager.
- Reports to work on time(honest and reliable,) with clean uniform, and good personal hygiene.
- Able to stand for at least six hours straight.
- Able to organize and complete orders in a safe and timely manner.
- Responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
- Knows that food safety is always top priority.
- Experience with pizza making and pasta.
- Able to keep up in a fast paced environment.
- Able to perform under stress of a busy dinner service and keep composure
- Clean, sanitize, and de-grease(as needed) on a nightly basis.
- Understands and applies the concept of team work.
- Properly store food, and properly rotate food items FIFO
- Pay based on experience
- We have worked to build a cohesive team that has a happy to help others attitude. We are a very busy restaurant, and the team effort is extremely important to us.
- With no experience pay will start at $14 an hour. People with experience pay will be discussed during interview process.
