Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
- Operate POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food safety and food handling protocols
- Assist with serving food items
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management during busy periods
- Uphold food safety standards in all aspects of food service and handling
- Support team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts
Experience
- Previous Barista experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of coffee experience and serving is advantageous
