3DPT is seeking a motivated and encouraging Occupational Therapist to join our Sprouts Children's therapies team in Adrian, MI The pediatric OT position would be part-time with the opportunity to be full time by also serving as a 3DPT geriatric OT in our one-on-one aging communities. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients while delivering personalized, compassionate care in a supportive clinical environment. No prior knowledge or experience with AFS is required to join our team; we provide free, CEU-approved foundational education for all new team members. AFS is the evaluation and treatment method developed and taught exclusively by our Director of Program Development and Education, Dr. Gary Gray, through the Gray Institute. Applicants must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed in Michigan or willing to apply for licensure. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate has a supportive attitude, maintains a positive outlook, possesses strong communication skills, can handle multiple tasks, and is proficient with computers.
