Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS tools like Workday or iCIMS.
- Conduct comprehensive employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management, and training & development programs to promote continuous growth.
- Assist with benefits administration, including FMLA, workers' compensation, and other regulatory compliance management tasks.
- Support HR department functions such as personnel administration, payroll processing via systems like ADP or Paychex, and data entry for HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and organizational design projects to optimize workforce management strategies.
- Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining clear communication with employees and leadership regarding HR policies and employment law compliance.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles, employment & labor law, and HR legal compliance standards.
- Proficiency in HR sourcing, recruitment strategies, and applicant tracking systems such as Lever or iCIMS.
- Experience with benefits administration, payroll processing, and workforce management tools including Kronos or UltiPro.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management and employee relations effectively.
- Skilled in project management, strategic planning, organization design, and performance management initiatives.
- Familiarity with training & development practices, affirmative action planning, succession planning, and OSHA regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis), data collection tools, and HR systems such as PeopleSoft or Ceridian.
