Certified Paralegal – Civil Litigation
Location: San Antonio, TX
Salary: $65,000–$70,000/year

Reliable Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Certified Paralegal for a reputable law firm in San Antonio that has been established for over 70 years. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional seeking long-term stability and a professional, team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will have a broad background in civil litigation and be comfortable handling a variety of case types. This position is not focused on niche personal injury or family law experience. The firm is seeking someone with well-rounded litigation experience across multiple areas of civil law.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with civil litigation matters from case inception through trial
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Manage case files, discovery, deadlines, and court filings
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation
Requirements:
- Certified Paralegal designation required
- Previous civil litigation experience required
- Broad litigation background preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with legal documentation and case management systems preferred
