Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and offer personalized assistance to meet their shopping needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that encourages customer engagement
- Assist with product displays, stock replenishment, and inventory management to ensure shelves are well-stocked and attractive
- Provide detailed product information, answer questions clearly, and recommend solutions tailored to customer preferences
- Operate checkout registers efficiently while ensuring accurate transactions and friendly service
- Support team members during busy periods by collaborating on tasks and maintaining high service standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies to promote a secure shopping environment
