Summary
We are seeking 2 to 3 part time Customer Service Associates / Cashier to join our team at 3B's Truck & Auto Plaza. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience while handling transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Quickly process transactions accurately using cash registers and 2 different POS systems.
- Maintain a clean and organised checkout area and stock shelves as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking items and keeping track of stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in gas station and retail service is preferred. However we will train.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of retail math is a plus.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
