Beverly Hills management company 3 Arts Entertainment seeks a full-time Talent Payment/ Accounting Assistant to support our Client Trust Accounting department. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated interest and experience coordinating payment activity in the entertainment industry, as well as strong quantitative and communications skills. This is a great opportunity for a finance or accounting assistant to elevate their skill set and grow in the entertainment industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Entering bookings under the supervision of Talent Payment Coordinators
- Processing and logging client payments accurately and efficiently
- Following up on outstanding checks
- Creating invoices
- Updating and maintaining accounts files
- Communicating as directed by Talent Payment Coordinators to secure backup documentation as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel and quantitative skills
- InEntertainment experience a plus
- Preferably 2 years of experience in financial services or accounting-related field
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
