3.1 Phillip Lim is looking for a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to support daily logistics and warehouse operations, with a focus on Wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) customer service, order management, and fulfillment. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, eCommerce, Warehouse, Accounting, and Operations to ensure orders are processed accurately, fulfilled on time, and customer needs are addressed promptly.
What You'll Do:
Wholesale & DTC Customer Service
- Process and maintain wholesale purchase orders, including order entry, changes, cancellations, backorders, returns, and shipping updates
- Support daily Shopify/DTC and marketplace order processing, fulfillment, returns, exchanges, and replacements
- Respond to customer and Sales inquiries regarding order and shipment status
- Support EDI customers and marketplace fulfillment requirements
- Assist Accounting with order-related inquiries, adjustments, and credits
Warehouse & Logistics
- Coordinate order allocation, fulfillment priorities, and shipping requirements with the warehouse
- Monitor shipments and follow up on delivery exceptions or carrier issue
- Support receiving, inventory transfers, cycle counts, and physical inventory
- Assist with picking, packing, and shipping during peak periods as needed
- Help maintain accurate inventory and order records across systems
Systems & Operations
- Support transactions across RLM/WMS, Shopify, JOOR, EDI, and related platforms
- Prepare basic operational reports and maintain supporting documentation
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, eCommerce, Warehouse, Accounting, Operations, and Production
- Assist with SOP documentation, process improvements, and special projects
What You'll Have:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, order management, eCommerce, retail, or a related field; internships welcome
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, order management systems, and learning new technology
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed
- Experience with Shopify, ERP/WMS systems, EDI, or JOOR is a plus, but not required
