eCommerce Manager (North America & UK)

At 2XU, we’re driven by performance and innovation. As we expand globally, we’re searching for a talented eCommerce Manager to own our digital channels across North America and the UK. In this role, you’ll be the digital lead for the region, driving growth through eCommerce, CRM, and digital marketing while ensuring local execution stays true to our global brand vision.

What You’ll Do:
Drive Regional Growth: Own and deliver eCommerce revenue targets for the US, Canada, and UK, aligning with global sales objectives. You’ll monitor sales performance closely, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies that maximize both conversion and customer lifetime value.
Lead Digital Touchpoints: Oversee all aspects of our regional websites, from product launches and seasonal merchandising to content updates and promotions. You’ll ensure our sites are optimized for conversion and customer experience while tailoring execution to local market trends and customer expectations.
Expand Third-Party Channels: Manage relationships with Amazon and other marketplace partners to boost incremental sales and increase brand visibility across the region. You’ll negotiate opportunities, optimize listings, and monitor performance to capture growth beyond owned channels.
Engage & Retain Customers: Execute CRM initiatives that grow our regional databases, improve customer retention, and build brand loyalty. You’ll adapt global lifecycle journeys for local audiences, design targeted campaigns across email and SMS, and continuously optimize performance using customer insights.
Deliver High-Impact Marketing: Partner with our digital agency to plan, execute, and refine paid media campaigns across Search, Display, Paid Social, and Affiliates. You’ll collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure campaigns resonate with local customers while staying true to the 2XU global brand voice.
Act as Regional Digital Lead: Represent North America and the UK in global digital planning and performance meetings, sharing local insights to shape strategies. You’ll work closely with our Global HQ in Australia, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across time zones.
Report & Optimize: Track, analyze, and present eCommerce, CRM, and marketing KPIs using platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics. You’ll translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive ongoing improvement across all digital channels.
What You’ll Bring
- 8 years’ experience in eCommerce, CRM, and digital marketing, ideally in retail/consumer brands.
- A proven track record of delivering against revenue and performance targets in multi-market roles.
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, AP21, and Google Analytics.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience managing and optimizing email/SMS campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience working across global and regional teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of privacy and compliance standards across markets.
