Delivery Driver Associate

2U2Day Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner that is owned and operated by Felix & Elizabeth Lopez. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are inspired and motivated to work smart and work hard in a team environment. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location. Currently, we are looking to fill full-time driving positions in Garner, NC.

Delivery Driver Associate Responsibilities:

· Load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, going to apartments, businesses, residential homes, downtown Raleigh, working in all weather conditions, and deliver packages safely and on time.

· You can expect to work about 4 days per week (Full-Time) and 2 days per week (Part-Time) and a 10-hour shift per day.

· Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.

· Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records.

· Have a positive, can-do attitude.

Arrive to work ON TIME or earlier and maintain 100% attendance.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

We provide on-the-job training so that all our employees feel confident on the road and on the doorsteps of customers. Health and safety are always a top priority for Amazon and us. In partnership with one another, Amazon and the DSPs continue to consult with medical and health experts and take all recommended precautions to keep everyone healthy. That doesn’t make it easy…this job is HARD and EXHAUSTING.

· MUST be at least 21 years old

· MUST have a valid driver's license (a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is not required)

· MUST agree to have a background and Driver’s License check performed

· MUST be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle).

· MUST be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

· MUST work at least EVERY OTHER weekend! These will automatically be scheduled, more as needed (during Peak and Prime seasons)

· Attendance is a MUST! Being on time and ready for work at 9:30 is non-negotiable.

· Routes start at approximately 10:30am each day. Routes are 10 hours in duration, although efficiency, organization and speed of delivery can change get you done quicker.

Delivery Driver Expectations:

· Attend and pass all 3 days of Amazon Driver Training

· Start date is about 1-3 days after successful completion of Amazon Driver Training

· Paid weekly on Friday for previous week’s Sunday through Saturday

· Paid Training: Paid AFTER successful start of work

$100 Referral Bonus for referred DAs that stay 6 months
