We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential settings, ensuring that homes are welcoming and comfortable for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while managing various cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes (sometimes needed).
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled timeframe.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and commercial cleaning standards is a plus.
- Experience in housekeeping management or hotel environments will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods is advantageous.
