2U Car Wash is seeking a responsible, experienced individual to join our team as a Business Manager on behalf of the owner. We are a mobile car wash service servicing Palo Alto and surrounding area. This job requires you to use your OWN VEHICLE and have a clean DL.
Required:
- PREVIOUS CAR WASH EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
- PREVIOUS SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS A PREFERRED
- MUST HAVE A CAR AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- WILLING TO GROW AS THE BUSINESS GROWS
Responsibilities:
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
- Able to execute every customer request all days between 8am - 8pm
- Willing to drive own car to the customer's location
- Able to meet, greet and handle customer queries
- Clean and Vacuum vehicle interior using eco-friendly products.
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
- Responsible for wearing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning, detailing, washing and sanitization supplies are available.
Additional Responsibilities
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must have satisfactory background check, inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 5 years) employment reference, education, and social security.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
