Job Title: Financial Coordinator (Bookkeeper)

We’re looking for a detail-loving, numbers-savvy Financial Coordinator (Bookkeeper) to help us stay organized and on top of our financial operations as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Keep accurate and organized records in QuickBooks Online
- Handle invoicing, bill payments, and expense tracking
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process bi-weekly payroll for our café and roastery teams
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare financial reports like P&Ls and balance sheets
- Support management with budget tracking and financial planning
- Work with our CPA to make sure everything is buttoned up for tax season
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
- A solid understanding of accounting basics
- Experience handling payroll and vendor payments
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- A team player who values communication and confidentiality
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the coffee, café, or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with POS or inventory systems
