Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver a premium, consultative experience for every golfer, from beginners to highly skilled players.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their goals, playing style, and equipment preferences.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend equipment solutions that improve performance and confidence on the course.
- Serve as a trusted expert on golf equipment, club technology, product innovations, and fitting philosophies.
- Collaborate with fitting and retail teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a visually compelling sales floor and ensure merchandise is accurately presented and stocked.
- Support inventory accuracy, merchandising initiatives, and daily retail operations.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in golf retail, club fitting, golf operations, or a customer-facing golf industry role.
- Advanced knowledge of golf equipment, club technology, shaft profiles, launch characteristics, and current industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and provide personalized equipment recommendations.
- Passion for the game of golf with a strong understanding of player development and equipment performance.
- Competitive golf experience, collegiate playing experience, PGA Associate/PGA Member status, or equivalent golf industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
