Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor and ensure that displays are visually appealing.
- Assist in product demonstrations and promote unique items to enhance sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
