What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Mechanic position at 2nd Chance Auto?
MECHANIC
We have an immediate position available for an experienced full-time auto technician who is comfortable working on all makes & model vehicles.
Experience:
- Diagnoses and repair of brake systems, exhaust, electrical, steering/suspension, timing belts, water pumps, charging system, engine, transmission, emissions, tires & wheel alignment, air conditioning, scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and computer systems.
- Minimum 5years automotive service center experience on most/all makes & models.
- Must love to work and be motivated to offer the best of your abilities.
- Need to have your own tools.
- High Energy Level, Dependability, Persistence, Good Time Management, Attendance, Good attitude, Problem Solving, Dealing with Complexity, Analyzing Information, Good customer service.
- Bi-lingual Preferred

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
