Join our team at 2nd Chance Auto Sales as a Sales Representative, where you will play a vital role in assisting customers in finding the right vehicle. Please note: Our hours of operation are from 9AM- 6PM M-F and 9AM-4PM on Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs, preferences, and financial situations.
2. Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, providing information on available inventory and financing options.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and confidence in 2nd Chance Auto Sales.
4. Work closely with the finance department to secure financing solutions for customers with credit challenges.
5. Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
7. Stay informed about automotive industry trends, product knowledge, and financing options to effectively advise customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience selling vehicles in a dealership or automotive sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong knowledge of vehicle features, pricing structures, financing options, and trade-in processes
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Strong understanding of sales compliance, documentation, and ethical sales practices
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
