What are the responsibilities and job description for the A-Level Automotive Technician — If You Can Produce, We Want to Talk position at 2M Automotive, LLC?
Are you an experienced technician who is tired of working at shops where the best techs carry the load while everyone gets treated the same?
2M Auto Repair is looking for a legitimate A-Tech — not someone who just has the title.
We want an experienced technician who can diagnose, repair, produce, and take pride in being one of the best people in the building.
If you're hungry, capable, and want a shop where you can work hard, keep learning, and make serious money, this may be the place you've been looking for.
WE'RE BUILDING THE SHOP TECHNICIANS WANT TO WORK FOR
We believe good technicians are hard to find — and great technicians should be treated accordingly.
We invest in our people, our equipment, our training, and our shop because we aren't interested in building an average repair facility.
We want to be the shop that great technicians hear about and say, "That's where I want to work."
What We Offer
- Strong earning potential for producers
- Benefits
- Paid Time Off
- 8 Paid Holidays
- Paid training and continued education
- Uniforms provided
- Professional, well-equipped shop
- Opportunity to continue advancing your diagnostic and technical skills
- A company that is growing and investing in its team
- Management that understands that great technicians are the backbone of the business
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician who knows how to get work done.
You should be comfortable with:
- Advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
- Engine performance and drivability
- A/C and HVAC systems
- Steering and suspension
- Brakes
- Cooling systems
- Engine and mechanical repairs
- Using modern diagnostic equipment and service information
- Accurately identifying problems instead of throwing parts at vehicles
But technical ability is only part of it.
We want a PRODUCER.
We're not looking for someone whose goal is to clock in, ride a guarantee, and do the minimum.
We're looking for the technician who walks into the shop ready to TURN HOURS.
The person who wants another ticket.
The person who takes pride in beating their previous week.
The person who wants to become a better diagnostician this year than they were last year.
The person who understands that the better you become and the more you produce, the more you should earn.
If you're hungry to learn, produce, and earn, you'll fit in here.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Show up ready to work.
Diagnose vehicles correctly.
Perform quality repairs.
Communicate with the team.
Take ownership of your work.
Keep learning.
And PRODUCE.
We aren't looking for perfect. We are looking for experienced technicians who give a damn about their craft and want to keep getting better.
THIS JOB PROBABLY ISN'T FOR YOU IF...
You're looking for somewhere to coast.
You need someone constantly pushing you to get work done.
You're satisfied doing the bare minimum.
You aren't interested in improving your skills.
Or you're looking for a shop where you can collect a paycheck without producing.
There are plenty of shops for that. We're not one of them.
BUT IF YOU'RE GOOD...
If you're the technician other people come to when they can't figure something out...
If you take pride in your work...
If you're competitive...
If you're hungry to make money...
If you want access to training and want to keep improving...
And if you want to work for a growing company that actually values strong technicians...
We want to meet you.
You don't need another job.
You need a shop where your ability and work ethic can actually take you somewhere.
If that sounds like you, apply today.
