Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Miami, FL. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs, conducting space planning, preparing construction drawings, collaborating on architecture concepts, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). Additional responsibilities include liaising with clients and contractors, managing design projects from inception to completion, and ensuring high-quality execution aligned with the client's vision and company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Experience with Architecture concepts and Construction Drawings
- Knowledge and expertise in sourcing and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and coordinate with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Previous experience in luxury interior design or a similar field is a plus
- Valid U.S. work authorization
- Fluent in English
- Must currently live in the Miami area
