Account Executive

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving business growth. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong sales instincts, a curious mindset, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through to closing.

  • Generate new business with deal cycles averaging 2–5 weeks and contract sizes around $36K.

  • Consistently hit or exceed an annual sales target of $1M.

  • Build lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders by delivering measurable business value.

  • Become a consultative expert who simplifies complex solutions for clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize conversions and ensure customer success.

  • Stay adaptable and proactive in a dynamic, startup-style environment.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, consistently exceeding quotas and ranking among top performers.

  • Skilled in managing multi-stakeholder deals and navigating complex decision-making processes.

  • Experience in fast-growing or startup environments.

  • Background in SMB sales, POS systems, payments, or food & beverage solutions is highly preferred.

  • Understanding of retail or grocery operations is a plus.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to discuss P&L, margins, and labor efficiency with business owners.

  • Core traits: adaptable, resourceful, coachable, curious, and driven to win.

  • Based in Seattle area

  • Willingness to travel up to 100 miles daily for field sales preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $90,000–$120,000

  • On-target earnings: $200,000–$240,000 with uncapped commission potential

  • Equity package to share in long-term company growth
