Concrete Construction Project Manager

Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in concrete construction. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience managing concrete projects, from planning to completion. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced construction environment.Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of concrete projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and project deadlinesManage daily field operations and coordinate closely with site supervisors and foremenReview blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accurate executionMonitor budgets and costs, approving expenditures and managing project financialsCommunicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project deliveryLead and motivate field staff while maintaining high-quality workmanship standardsIdentify potential issues early and implement corrective measures to avoid project delaysQualifications:3 to 5 years of concrete construction project management experienceBilingual in English and Spanish (required)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsSolid knowledge of project management principles and construction safety practicesProficiency in MS Office and project management software preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationSalary Range:$85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off, including vacation, personal, and sick daysCompany-provided work phone and vehicle allowanceOpportunities for advancement and professional training
